The Reality of the Working Woman
AdAge & JWT have just published a new report called "The Reality of the Working Woman". It is from a US perspective, but there might be some interesting overlaps and insights regarding European women as well. You can find the free white paper here.
I especially like the question and data on the issue of "it was better in the old days" regarding a more traditional role split of men and women.
And even though it seems that almost half of the women agree to that - they have very much the same expectations towards work.
As it seems, there is no split between work and personal time for women - and they tend to be the multi-taskers that the female clichee always portraits, freely mixing job and spare time.
